Is it possible to write MED17.5 using the file read by PCM with KT200 ecu programmer?
for example, 2007 VW Passat 2.0 and I am able to read the ECU just fine with KT200 ECU Programmer. ECU is a MED17.5 The file being written is the original pcm’s file that I read, when I go to write the file I get an error change speed. how do I resolve the error?

Possible reason and solutions:
You can not flash files from other Tools because nearly every Tool has another Format. Especially you can not Flash obd read out in bench and bench files in obd2.

bootmode tc1766/tc1767 in ecuhelpshop.com will find pinout or bench.

Look at the MED17.5 option in KT200 software.

Just click on Volkswagen -> TC1767-VAG->med17.5.5

Step-by-step procedure:

ECUHELP KT200 read and write VAG Infineon MED17.5.5 perfectly in Boot Mode

RIW: OK
Checksum Manually (there’s checksums for all ECU but some MV/ED ECUs are not okay)

Please do checksum externally and car started. Search for checksum software WinoLS or Lsuite (if you need, message Whatsapp: http://wa.me/8618205996549)

Look at the images below which demonstrate KT200 read/write MED17.5.5 TC1766 100% ok:

Boot mode:
