If KT200 Software is unable to open, please troubleshoot from any of the following 3 options.
1.Open “Service” software, select a server (German or Hongkong or China), which server you select it depends on where you are from, then click on “Diagnose” to see if there is any error message.
2.Please ensure the computer time and zone is synchronized, please go to your computer settings to turn on “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically”.
3.Go to C:// disk and open the folder “KT200-master”, then check if there are only these three dll file “Gcheck.dll”, “SecurityAcess.dll”, “wuzi.dll”. If there is other .dll file, delete it.
