To open the ecuhelp kt200 software, please do the following things:

Go to Service to change a server (any of China, Germany and Hongkong)
Set time and timezone auto
Turn off windows defence
Set timezone to same as server
Use VPN and set VPN to where server is at
Restart PC
Make sure tool is plugged in
