“I had the same issue..
After updating Windows, it reactivated all.
Had to turn it off again and reinstall software ..
All working fine after it
In my case was firewall settings issue..
But if u have it turn it off already, try to delete all kt folders and reinstall soft..
Server is runing fine, I used tool about 2h ago.
So it should be an issue with your installation”
